1. Revisiting your WHY. Why did you choose sales, why do you want to do well, why did you succeed earlier, why do you think now is different
2. Get back to daily/weekly ATTAINABLE goals, where you can end everyday with a win
3. Take breaks to avoid burnout. Go for a walk without your phone, read a book maybe something off the commish store, just do something without tech during the day

Find your focus. Why'd you get into it... Remember your victories. Remember how it has helped you. Where you are now. I don't always love sales but essentially I'm better person for it. I get to make things a bit better. I get to help people. I deal with stress better. I'm more patient. I get to afford things like traveling.
