Why do you want a fractional role when you’ve accomplished what you have? Unless you are laid off, save your energy to execute at the level you need to in your main job.

It’s been a simple apply and interview process so far.
i'm under the impression that you don't. the AI behind it aint got time for me apparently. not sure if flex is even real
