Add on deal that moved quickly. Was a mess when I took over from the previous rep that had shit the bed and neglected this deal, including the partner involved. Customer hated the partner and wanted them out and to work with us directly. Fine by me.
Partner was charging them way too much and almost lost us the deal and business in general. Put my negotiating hat and customer service hat on and got to work and got to a fair price. Signatures soon after the new proposal and done deal.
