Well over 10 months of back and forth. Killing the deal and taking it off the table. Myself backing out of the deal because the ask was well below what our value was. And it has all finally paid off. Not much of a deal to be fair if you saw where we started on our originally proposal value, but we where at risk of losing the account as a whole.
Glad to be done with this and retain the account for potential future business and cross sell.
