This deal was won through an RFI process - started in Feb of this year; so not too long for an Enterprise deal (for software, for infosec team, in the legal sector); making use of the different relationships (and avenues for correspondence) has been key in getting this one over the line; leveraging a more informal relationship with the independent consultant that was running the RFI process, and further keeping the more blunt questions/discussions for phone calls etc.
