What services/companies have you used in the past or recommend using in terms of material not design.

With the shit show that is supply chain at this point, source out a local shop. Get more ability for customization and depending upon the quantity needed could get some deviations on embroidery costs and possibly the logo fees waved.
On the material side, look at quarter zip golf shirts. That poly blend always looks nice and stay away from 100% cotton BS. No one wants to get a large that becomes a smedium after the first wash.

No recommendations, but get something cool and make sure the branding is somewhat subtle, but still recognizable.

Depends where you are - like Mobi85 said, go as local as possible with the supply chain sitch. I've had amazing service from Unforgettable goods - small biz run out of NJ. They are excellent, fast and can prep and deliver pretty much anything you can imagine. Persist with the small biz website - the service is worth it.

Is it bad that I had to read this 10 times to understand what you meant by quarter zips. Wow. Shoulda read the subject line 😅 anyway, how big is the sales team? It’s more expensive but sometimes I like going to Etsy for stuff like this rather than one of the big vendors
