TechGenie closed SymphonicEngage for $18k to the Product Development department

Closed an app (MVP) development deal with a digital marketing company via UpWork. Took 3 weeks and 8 calls. The gatekeeper was their project manager who was easy and eager to get the ball rolling but the C.E.O required a lot of convincing, asked for references but never called them. At the end requested for a white label option, I obliged and closed.
