This is the first deal of 2024!
This deal took just a few months and was personally very satisfying.
I sold this company when I was at my last org, so getting to sell to the same VP 2x in the an 18 month span was pretty cool.
The customer's key partner is a customer of ours (i closed them at the end of 2023) so that gave us a big foot in the door.
They were looking at our competitor until they realized the connection we had to their key partner.
they were originally just going to use our free product but after a few chats with the VP i figured out what was holding them back and pluged in the right person internally to help tell the right story and it wont the deal.
As i continue to fine tune this sales process im confident it can be replicated as we add head count to the team in the future.
They package they purchased is a new offering I helped create and this is the second customer to purchase it. That success has made its way to the CEO who was very excited about it.
So tons of good stuff here.
