This company came inbound once, before my time and my boss turned them down because they were "too small".
when they came inbound again I took the call.
They realize they are small but they want to get the right tech in place BEFORE they grow, which I admired. I created a new base minimum price with my boss. So they are paying more than what their volume really dictates but it made it worthwhile for the team.
after being flexible with when they paid their integration fee i got the yes. Getting to signature has taken another 3 months which is so annoying for this size deal BUT, thats the space im in. This is the last deal i had out there before leaving the company on friday.
