This took my soul out. a very long sales cycle (more than what I would have liked). They even ghosted. They almost signed up with someone else. Lot of drama like some Mexico reality show.
But here we are. Closed them out.
What helped - consistent followups, I didn't ever sound pushy. I was really just consulting them as to what they should / shouldn't do. Even at the cost of losing the deal - I told them upfront what they should not be doing.
Maybe that worked.
