mid-level generally means 5+ years in tech sales with 1-2 years in crypto.
high-level would be 7+ years in tech sales with 2-4 years in crypto

But "stablecoins" still fail and have there value drop below the dollar. It happens all of the time. There is no guarantees here.

the stellar role is for 7+ years of experience. Partnerships is not sales. The circle role sure has a range of 150-200 but only a 15% variable. Most sales roles in SaaS are a 50/50 split.

Are the two examples the outlier? Are the no commission? Both of the postings didn't talk commission, also saw you get paid in crypto curious how that works with the volatility
Most companies will give you the option of getting paid in crypto since people in the industry tend to be bullish on crypto.
You could get paid in ETH/BTC or in a stablecoin (backed 1to1 to the dollar so the price doesn't change

Yeah, but they are paid in the coin that they are selling. So not sure if it’s worth it with the 2.5% transaction fees and another 2% cash withdrawal fee.

Can you provide more details as to what you mean by "crypto"? Like working for an exchange? Particular project?
The definition of a bloated burn. Oh, and to have 2-3 years in crypto (actually blockchain) sales means you are only going to hire from a very very very small and niche talent pool. You demand a high salary based on your niche experience…that is currently falling out of the buzzword nest.
