This deal took me 30 days, cash out refinance on an investment property; loan amount of $630,000, client netted 100k in her pocket. Went through like butter, no issues :D easy close. Did four deals for this client in the last 45 days. Asked me to refinance her entire real estate portfolio because she loved how easy i made the process.
