Site operations want what we have - or the promise of what we have - because the end product isn’t ready.
They just got acquired by a larger conglomerate and want to select a platform of their own choice, while they still have autonomy and before the larger entity takes the reins. We sold the dream, discounted heavily to fall under budget of 100K, and asked for a PO. They sent a PO, for more than we’d agreed verbally.
