This company quit buying direct from us years ago and had been getting rooked by a "distributor" I picked up the phone stone cold, told him about my retail program for accounts like theirs and turned that quote into a PO by lunch and an all hands meeting with their inside and outside sales team to discuss opportunities for our products with their key accounts. Yeah, this sale on it's own has little dick energy, but long term this will make a nice dent in the annual quota.
