Real tech savvy client on this one. He was vetting a piece of equipment for his brother's company. I delivered on the sales side and emphasized that our service and support is second to none. Then he said this..."Support is absolutely one of the most important considerations for me. If the tech service/support is as good as you say and as good as the sales service, I'm sure my brother will be happy." His brother is f'ing jazzed.
