Wellss closed a deal for $2.3k to the Marketing department

This deal was all set to come in at the end of last month. Our subscriptions are self-serve, they just have to enter their credit card information. Well long story short, I committed this deal to come in & they kept getting a credit card error because their card was expired *ultimate face palm*. They had to order new cards & even though I offered them two weeks free while they waited for their new cards, they declined and said they would wait. This is obviously worrisome & an easy way for deals to call on the back burner but they finally came through & purchased today woohoo
