This was an inbound lead that was passed on to me by an ex-colleague (thank you!). Initially they wanted to implement this for a small group of employees and there was no scope of an increase - that would have been around $7k deal.
I multi-threaded and kept the VP HR in loop and pushed her to join one of our calls - sold the value and ROI and she said lets do it for a bigger group.
Changed the $7k deal to $27k and raked in more commish!
