whats the best SDR you ever meet?

almost 1 year in sales now, and i see a lot of AE complaining about their SDR, so i wanted to ask, whats the best SDR you ever seen? we have guys that have been sdrs 8 years in my company(overseas) , and they are really good, but i wanted to see the insigth of the US based sellers.

I know a guy who has been doing the meeting-setting gig for over 25 years, since before the term BDR existed. Doesn't want to close. All he wants is to get paid to set up conversations, and he's a master of the art.

ABSOLUTE ROCKSTAR. We're talking 40+ C-level meetings/month in one startup I worked with him in. FOR OVER A YEAR.

This guy is so good, he's been laid off because he generated so many leads, sales couldn't handle it - they couldn't justify the per-meeting rate they were paying him because THEY couldn't keep up.

On top of all this, a super nice, super cool guy. Not some chode you make nice with because you have to.

bruh, i need to learn from a guy like that, that's insane
