Why do pornstars make excellent sales reps?

Hi, me again today.


I'm not in any position to hire, but if I was, I would absolutely consider the first resume that slid across my desk with an outline of their career in porn. I'm not really sure why, but I feel like a pornstar has a leg up on most tenured sales reps that have been wheeling and dealing for years.


What traits would you say give pornstars a leg up that would make them extraordinary sales reps? I'll go first:


I think pornstars exude sheer grit and determination. They have no shame and will always do anything it takes to finish the job.

Are we talking about the new breed of OnlyFans stars here or the OG porn we grew up with? Because I personally know quite a few OnlyFans chicks and they most definitely do not have what it takes to work in sales!

Okay good glad to know we are on the same page with that one. Yes, the OG's out there have had to sit on that casting couch and deal with some pretty intense scenarios. Those situations make cold calling look like a piece of cake. HIRE THEM ALL!

I mean I'd say most people don't feel comfortable in their own skins. Porn stars do. I think they have very tough skin (or no shame) while understanding others and that makes them good at sales.
