Number one thing to remember: You belong at your seat at the table. Your contributions are valuable. Don't let imposter syndrome hold you back from contributing.

Also helps to find some bad bitches to mentor you and coach you through the tough times.

Good luck!

This is so important, thank you for the reminder!

I spent all day trying to take note of every time I felt I didn’t earn a spot in a meeting...damn it’s shocking how we can default to feeling like we somehow slipped through the cracks.

“Your contributions are valuable”. Facts.

100%! All studies show men will throw their name out for a job they're 5% qualified to do, and women will hesitate to apply for a job they're 95% ready to do. You belong. We're all learning and improving. Bring value and keep crushing it!

Your intuition and that nagging heavy feeling in your gut? Listen to it.

Speak up. Share your success stories and ideas. Do not wait to be called upon. Take initiative.

Pay it forward by helping other women.

Ah yes, the all-too-familiar gut feeling we are told to ignore. *side eye*. Time to stop telling it to “shut up”.

I love how you said, “do not wait to be called upon”.

Thanks for this!
