WYSIWYG formatting gone on laptop/desktop version

@Gasty I used to be able to type up a response online and have it look the way it posts, but that seems to be broken.

I'm wondering if there's a way we can report bugs/issues without resorting to a post each time.

@Sunbunny31- I can think of 4 ways right now for you to report a bug:
1. Tag me in a comment (but In understand, you'd want to do it on a relevant bug-related post and not just any post)
2. Make a post (which you've done, which is pretty ok tbh)
3. DM me about it (I make sure I acknowledge 100% of DMs in < 24 hours)
4. There's a support email as well where you can report a bug - [email protected]

Can you please help me explain this bug a bit more though, what exactly seems to be broken?

I know you have a thousand things going on, but instead of drawn out processes, why don't we have a chat-bot feature under a help tab or something? it would make life easier than fishing through tags/posts/DMs(that only work for a portion of the members)/etc..

There's a huge difference between an automated chatbot and one that alerts a real person to connect in real time. Automated chatbots NEVER seem to have the answer to the question I'm actually asking. :)

Thanks, @Gasty. It used to be that I'd be able to type out a post or response, and line breaks were preserved - no html or tags required. If I had a lot of space between one paragraph and another, it would be there. I noticed this because I posted a response that had a line break between each "bullet point" and my post not only didn't have the sentences separated, it made a really sloppy badly formatted paragraph out of it.
In order to get line breaks, I had to hit return 2x when editing.

Trying some line spacing here, we'll see what happens.

OK, so in the above, I had "In order" starting well below the first paragraph. No spacing preserved.
Two "return" spaces before "Trying" and that preserved the break.

Yeah I noticed it since the roll out of the public profile and butler upvotes. I asked yesterday if they could roll this back - at least until it's worked out - apparently that was not a nice thing to ask. 🤷‍♀️
