When do you typically get your comp plan for the new year? I didn't get mine last year until March...

I already got mine but it’s the same as ‘22. Of course it “can be changed at any time”.

It has varied over the years.. can’t go wrong with getting some deals on the board so you aren’t in a hole, then start to work out the best way to approach the remainder of the year.
