Hi Everyone,
I was in an interview where I was asked:
What would Your plan of attack be into a new segment/territory - Central EMEA. How will you do it?
While I gave an answer along the lines of Market research, competition analysis, strategic partnerships with reseller partners in the region. I feel like I could have done better.
I am hoping to get some advice from my fellow war room members about the best way or structure to handle these questions in the future.
Your suggestions are appreciated and would help me in the future.
