Which AI Add-Ons do you think have helped you the most in the recent time to make your work tasks smoother, just wanted to know which ones could help me to improve as a sales/account manager.

We use ChorusAI. Probably outrageously expensive for most, but it summarizes all my calls which is great for bringing others up to speed in deals.
I like it too, though more than once itโs completely messed up transcriptions. Notably assigning speaking parts to me for calls I didnโt attend, which, if this was actually used in my org as a scoring mechanism, would be alarming. That said, errors aside, it does save me a ton of time finding and reviewing sections of meetings.
Exactly, not sure about the scoring just yet, but the notes are fairly accurate with some hiccups here and there.

none. True AI in sales doesn't exist. Anyone who tells your differently is either lying or doesn't understand real AI.
Currently I'm not using any except for Sales GPT for finding any required support for sales info if needed.

Not using much unless I ask SalesGPT a question from time to time
I use AI to write letters of recommendation and to find good recipes. I donโt use it for work, ever.
