A Wonderful Bi-Annual Review

Went in for my bi-annual review. I am 2nd on my team when it comes to qualified leads and demos set.

Go into the meeting, my manager is there silent just looking down. In comes my CRO and just blatantly told me we are letting you and majority of the mid market team go effective today.

I was in shock, didn't have anything to say. The reason was because of the "economic impact" that has happened in the past few weeks.

Here we are back to square one. Hope everyone else is having a great day!

Ugh sorry, it absolutely sucks losing a job when you are performing. Lots of support out there and good luck finding a new gig - there are still good roles out there, just take your time (if you have a small nest egg to support you) and don’t grab the first thing that comes along. Cheering for ya!
