I talked to a staffing recruiter for a role there a couple years back, seemed cool but don’t know anyone who worked there

More the product, never heard about it until the recruiter reached out. Seemed like an interesting product and learning about the demand for renting kitchens.

I was happy in my role, but never interviewed with a start up so I took the call

Recruiter hit me up this week and about 2 years ago. Seems like a glorified SDR role. Super low ote also that is the same now that it was 2 years ago, $140k.

I had a friend interview with them a few months back. Ultimately decided not to take it because there isn't any real long term potential there. I think its a cool trend right now but I don't see it lasting forever.

I actually know one of the guys there. He is doing massively well. It's a very transactional sale, and you could say it's also a hard close as well.

Their interview process is trash though. They think they are doing something super high tech and needs to be low key. Expecting you to sign an NDA when you literally can learn all about what they do by going online and also watching a video about their product and who they are.

Then, when you actually talk to the recruiter, she will tell you everything you already learned.
