aiko closed a deal for $14.1k to the IT department

A customer of 3 years on our highest tier, but no services plan included. I reached out to them to see how their usage is going and if they felt like they were able to fully take advantage of all of our security offerings. They did not feel like they did, so they decided to add on our services plan, half way through the year, at a pro-rated cost. The best part for me is that I get to recognize all ACV.
