As you savages know, a good SDR is hard to find. I'm trying to think of companies that have closed or had layoffs recently. Might be a good way to find available talent.

Devils advocate- why not hire out of college and train and invest in them? If you hire them out of school they will probably cost less

After the Clari acquisition of Groove, they killed the entire SDR and AE (kept maybe 20%) of entire team. Crazy after only one week

My company tried that in the past and had no luck. We want someone who's going to stay with us, get really good at this, and become an AE. Our CEO still runs a lot of the sales process right now, and we'd love to have someone else who can close as we scale.
