Thanks. Interested in whether or not reps are making money, if the territories are good, quotas reasonable etc. Generally if it’s a place you’d want to be

I don’t work there, but those answers exist on certain platforms. Also, cold email or LI message a rep and buy them coffee (in person or virtual) for their honest feedback.

Did you try to reach out to anyone prior to applying? LI is pretty good at helping to identify networking opportunities (same school, previous company, etc). You might try that route to getting some inside info.

I used it briefly and it became a disaster of just insurance sales, crypto traders, and private bankers wanting to see me nonsense. I would avoid if you could.

I worked for their CRO, Paul Ohls, at a previous company. The guy is legit to learn from and a sales savage, definitely not for the faint of heart, he's got more of an "old school sales" mentality and really doesn't put up with any bullshit. I still have PTSD from some of the QBRs I was apart of, but he will definitely get the best out of you and you will learn a ton. You better get MEDDIC burned into your brain.

I do recommend you to check RepVue, Glassdoor, will help to answer most of your questions!

Dude. Commenting just to comment when someone else gave the same answer is the definition of commish farming. Please only comment when you’re adding novel value.

Excuse me! I didn't even check your comment before replying besides it was not only me who had the same answer.Sorry if I didn't know that your response was copyrighted!

…read the thread. If you cannot add to the conversation then you are distracting from the solution. Just like sales, you’re either solving for or stealing from your prospect depending on what you say.

The WR since the day it started all the community members were allowed to share the same ideas and even answers to a certain topic as long they were genuine and came from their mind directly.Your point could be right only if the post maker is directing the question to someone personally and that's not the case in the WR since it's directed to the full community. And finally again your pointing fingers on me personally however for the respected and valuable members like Mr. Randy Lahey had exactly your typical response and the only one you chose to blame was just me,based on your point with respect to you I don't agree with, wasn't he supposed to read the full thread as well.I never see people with one eye.

I’m engaging with you as a repeat offender of repeat or low value comments. I have been here since the start and you don’t seem to have the knowledge of how often we posted links to repeat threads or called members out for not furthering conversations. You can take everything others do personally or you can take the feedback and improve your content creation and become the value adding member you’re clearly looking to be. Don’t take every comment as an attack, but feedback to help you grow. Be coachable and take engagement as a sign that people want you to improve.

Nice, all of us here are equal, no one should have the upper hand on the other and tell him what to do and what not do unless it's breaking one of the 5 rules the community is based on.
And for you to know I'm more coachable than you think, but didn't you know that whenever your manager is trying to teach you something what he's gonna do... Right, you got it bud he's gonna coach him privately on a One to One meeting and not in public as that's a downgrade for the recepient for not doing the right thing in front of the audience.
I offered you privacy and to talk together and even gave you my email last time but apparently you neglected it and went through public comments which is still fine for me.
I'm always cool to take it and even say with full mouth, Sorry I'm wrong as long as I see much of reasonability, logic and fairness!
Much of love,

I’ve never received your email…and even if I did I’d risk exposing my true identity by using it. I have offered many suggestions for how to add value to the community through quality content, and I’ve been polite the entire time. If you don’t want to take those suggestions, and instead want to act like a child throwing a tantrum, then that’s your choice. Oh, and I’m not your manager. I’m not your peer…I’m a long standing member who was trying to help. Good luck.

At least the other dude has the knowledge and the personality that allow him to coach and send directions based on his standpoint that deserves to be discussed logically and respectfully. One other lesson I've learned from him is not to respond haters and it appears to be he's right about it!
