Itโ€™s mostly outbound cold call so hereโ€™s the script I generally stick to: we work with a lot of CFOs/FDs and there are 3 reasons they typically invite us in.ย 
First, maybe theyโ€™re a bit frustrated at the lack of visibility into their financial data making it very difficult to track and analyze financial performance accuratelyย 
The other one is people say, look, thatโ€™s not a problem, we can get good insight, it just takes way too long.ย  If weโ€™re not chasing data from various sources, weโ€™re manipulating it to make it work for usย 
And finally, the third biggest reason is the actual integrity of the data.ย  We can get hold of it, but I donโ€™t have enough confidence in it to make robust, data-driven decisions off the back of itย
