what ever topic or pain point you mentioned in the first email you could go deeper into that topic or add another pain point on top of that.

then at the end reference the first emails topic to give a hint you have been reaching out.

make sure you are calling them as well!

Hey prospect,

I’m sure you get a ton of emails wanted to bump this to see if it may have been lost in the shuffle. Let me know if there’s anything here you want to find out more about.

I always reply to it and just say something like "any interest on this? I have time available next week to discuss if so, just let me know what works for you".

Keep it simple. Every email doesn't have to be discussing their pain, some feature you offer, or how your founder is the coolest guy in history because of whatever reason. sometimes people just want to know its a real person contacting them and they didn't end up on some mailing list.

If you’re not the right person, who should I be reaching out to? (Ask for referral / intro)

Thread subject line and write "any feedback?"

Put the value or personalization in the P.S. section.

Feedback works better than thoughts because people feel compelled to give help when they're asked for it. And feedback is more about help than thinking is

I always start with a question. WHen is the last time you did an assessment of x? I saw you met with x a year ago, does that ring a bell?
