Let me give you some unsolicited advice: when you ask for recommendations, be specific as to what you want.
"Give me your best but not crap" isn't very helpful, because none of us know what you think is crap, nor do any of us know what you have/have not looked at in the past, or what it is you specifically will find helpful.
Helpful: "I've found Grant Cardone (and list others) on YouTube, but I've found them unhelpful and full of bloviation. Does a good channel exist? What do you like and can recommend for a rep who wants to learn about how psychology can positively affect sales" - or something like that.
