Bible of Account Management?

Hey WR,


After several years on hunting roles, I'm starting a new job where I'll bring new business and will also hold the accounts for upsell and renewals.


This leads me to look for more knowledge on the account management side, especially at the Enterprise segment.


Which books/content would you recommend for someone trying to hunt and also successfully farm?

Spend time getting to know the existing customers and kill it for them. I get a ton of new business with growth on those existing accounts andย referrals. I was also on the hook for any lost revenue on those existing accounts with my old comp plan.ย
