First off, I think Flex is a great idea. Sounds like many of us have roles where we are working 20-30 hours per week and able to crush our quotas. So why not add 10-15 more hours to use our skills to make everyone more money? Makes sense.
I tried to search for discussions on Bravado Flex and any first hand experience of success. I only found a few discussion boards and there was only a couple of people that I saw that have actually landed a job through flex, and none of them had much success. But the most recent post I was reading through was from January.
Anyone currently working a flex role and finding success? Also curious if all the roles you all have interviewed for are BDR type roles (hunting for opps only) I would assume so, but thought I would ask those who have actually participated?
