You know one thing I hate is when business owners are just absolute aholes...I feel like most of them their professionalism has gone out the door.

It happens. What I hate the most is when youโre dealing with small business owners that donโt understand youโre trying to do a job and provide a solution but also that when youโre not working youโre also a consumer and could be coming in to spend money or have spent money and the way they treat you determines if you come back as a consumer and what you tell family and friends.ย

YES!!! I couldn't agree more! I have had a few I wanted to go and buy something from by looking at their business online, but then they get on the phone and are ABSOLUTE trash and I am like uh no jk, never wanna support you!ย

I feel that most salespeople don't know how to talk to founders or owners. They think differently, buy differently, and frankly don't want to waste their time or yours because they have very little of it.

I agree, I think you always have to be to the point, but also match their tone. An example is one I called, I said Hello, and they instantly said Not interested and f*** off. First time I ever called! It is just so crazy to me!ย

My feeling is that most business owners become assholes in the mid market. Small or real large owners are more friendly (my experience up until now)

Agreed! I think they are small enough where they dont have a big support team yet, but big enough where the problems increase in scale.
