Any company who still tries to attract talent this way is a hard pass.
It's not because I hate ping pong, although that's loud AF in the open concrete workspace where they definitely put the table.
It's because if this is how you try to differentiate yourself in the market as an employer, I bet your GTM is also a bunch of cringe buzzword samey bullshit and you're accidentally commoditizing your product out of sheer incompetence.
