Can You Get Out of Dales Loft Contract After Auto-renewal notice deadline?

I tried notifying Salesloft that we wanted to terminate our contract, but it was a week after the 60 day notice deadline. Is there a good way to get out of the contract or am I stuck for another year?

do you happen to have in-house counsel? Have them check the contract, worse case scenario you tell them you aren't renewing and refuse to pay

Good tip here 👆. Read through the contract and see if it explains how long before renewal they are required to provide you a quote. If they missed that SLA then you have a strong legal argument to have them kick rocks.

60 day renewal notice deadlines are absolutely garbage and a dirty way to lock people in for one additional year.
I would make it clear to them you plan to not renew after this next year, AND that you will share your negative experience with anybody that asks about them plus post it on public forms. Typically companies do NOT want any negative press.

Will they accept a termination fee for a partial remainder of the contract?
