Communications are a problem with the commission redemption. If you received an email to verify your mailing address, just have faith it will come eventually.
I noticed it took nearly a month to get the book I ordered
You probably need also to reach Sendoso as gifts are being stored in their warehouses till getting to your home address you added.
You need to provide your email address,the date of the redemption and the gift type and they will get back to you within 2 business days and they're really helpful btw.
