The fastest way to learn what your customers want is to run the sales cycle. That said, could run a flex program for appointments, but beware finding SDRs that understand agency.

Muhammad, may I call you Mu? You have a product you clearly believe in. Let's analogize that with really good food in a really good restaurant. It's your biggest asset. Now all you need is to become a really good waiter. Listen as you're taking that order. Deliver it quickly. Check back to make sure your diners are happy with their order. Then, when you know they're thrilled, look them in the eye and emphatically suggest a dessert. Your average check will go up. So will your tips.

Self-belief will set you free. Try it yourself first. Figure it out. Make it work. How else will you ever train anyone?
