The “connections” feature allows them to do that using their Bravado portfolio.

<tldr> you remain anonymous in the WR, and can still 𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐬𝐞 𝐭𝐨 connect with thousands of sales folks on Bravado, using your real/portfolio identity.

Thanks - That's very good to know. I enjoy the anonymity.
I can understand why some would want to connect here, but personally I leave that for LI.
However, I've never even seen a Connect feature/button/etc so wondering how they did that?
