Large teaching hospital system in the state. This deal took two years from the first meeting to close. Various board meetings, politics, budget meetings, etc kept getting thrown in the mix. I took matters into my own hands by going on-site and conducting thorough interviews with each department team, without the knowledge/permission of the committee. The last meeting in front of 20 people including 4 C-Levels, I presented one slide. One. It was the timeline - date and short description of every meeting - including the department interviews. I passed out hard data from the employees stating each of their top concerns and how I could solve it by implementing the custom program I built. Verbal was given end of the day, contract signed by the end of the week.
