They call me Daddy, Sales Daddy
Since you quit on providing details, you should probably just quit sales.

They call me Daddy, Sales Daddy
Yes, I am.
But this post screams โI never had to work (hard) for anything in my life. Now that Iโm in the real world itโs tough! Daddy help me make it easier like youโve done my entire lifeโ
Even her name @bossgirlbdr screams entitlement. Iโm all for girl power but โa bossโ doesnโt put a post like this out there. Period.
So itโs time to reevaluate things. Sheโs probably not cut out for sales. Nothing wrong with that. Not everyone is. Learn and fail fast.
This post is like a DNR request and itโs time to pull the plug.

some more basic questions to help you provide more detail: 1. How long have you been at your current company? 2. How long have you been in a BDR role? 3. How big is your company? 4. Do you see other BDRโs getting promoted regularly? 5. Do you want to be in sales? *Its not uncommon for BDRโs to try out sales and realize they would much rather be in customer service or account management. 6. Are you doing just enough or more regarding your quota or daily tasks? 7. Would you rather ask for permission or forgiveness?

Stop thinking like a boss girl and start getting your real name at the top of the activity boards and on the calendars of AEs and front line managers. Meet with the people you aspire to be and kickass at your job.
