For those of you who have customers that spend between $200k - $1M how often are running QBR's with your customers? Assuming you have regular calls, do you find these QBR's successful? What are your best practices that you find help

i dont run QBRs that is normally a customer success task. Sometimes i feel like i SHOULD but, i dont need another thing to do.

I do these for my closed accounts but agree with others that an AM/CSM should lol.

At a very high level my agenda goes
1. What’s new on your (company) end / roadmap
2. Review action items from last QBR
3. How are we doing (is my product living up to my word or did I listen to marketing too much?)
4. Our company roadmap (opportunity to pitch any sort of expansion)

Our CSM does every quarter just to make sure the clients are updated with any upcoming launches, releases. It’s important for them as many a times there is a growth opportunity but some features are the roadblock (as an example) and releasing is an opportunity for both of us.

Changed QBR to SBR (Strategic) to accommodate those customers who don't want to meet quarterly.

Our CSMs run them, but the EAE will have a role if there's room for growth that makes sense for the company in their strategy.
