Although i do think that if the company has alot of followers its a sign they are doing marketing in the right way (IMO)
But so few companies do this, that its not something I would hold against them at this moment.

I wouldn’t look at a low follower count as a bad thing, but if they have a ton then they probably have a solid marketing engine, so it can be a plus.

I don’t think it’s a negative if it’s a low, but I do see more people following the company you work for makes selling easier since the chance they know of your offering is higher.
Wouldn’t say this is a deal breaker or big pro/con if you are comparing job opportunities

TBH it says a lot about the brand, if you have a lot of followers on your page then chances are that people strongly believe in the services you offer and you have champions out there.

It's not the thing that matters most, but it helps. Being a known company makes cold outreach easier.

Not really. I’m more apt to look at reviews on Glassdoor (or word of mouth). Low followers on LinkedIn might just mean they are prioritizing other things (like taking care of their employees :))

I do. If a company has a nobody knows or cares factor, the seller's job is that much harder. 100% correlation.
