If you are tying to find opportunities i would google tech companies in charlotte, there are a bunch.
then go to each website and look to see if they are hiring. then hit up linked in.

I hear you, when saying things like well paid and room for growth, I mean exactly what it sounds like, I want to be compensated for the sales cycle and dedication it takes to acquire new business. When taking the grassroots approach of posting, I did that with the intent of maybe catching the eye of someone who works and lives in Charlotte. Not for a one call close type situation (meet someone in the war room that is hiring for my dream job). Simply looking for more info, discovery if you will.

I would look for east coast roles with the number of now-remote companies out there… just broaden the geo where’ve you are searching … @Pachacuti lists good starting places.

Move to Raleigh. My company is hiring SDR's. 56k base, 80k ote. realistic income expectation of 100-120. stock options, unlimited pto, 100% employer covered healthcare. About to IPO (s1 is approved, now stuck waiting on the stock market to rebound because now is not a great market to IPO in). It's hybrid 2 days a week in office. that's why you would have to be in Raleigh. But we're the superior NC city anyway so you should want to live here.
Lmao I have to be in Charlotte for the Mrs. she is in finance and has to stay near BofA Charlotte. Raleigh is an awesome city and would def transition if possible in a year or so.
Builtin.com is top tier, way better than LI and Indeed .. you don’t have to work in Charlotte.
