This deal was a huge pain in the ass. It started in January and had multiple iterations. It was a multi-year deal, then just a single year. It was 10x the size of the final amount at one point. The customer kept changing their mind and needed to get over a bunch of legal and compliance issues. It was put on hold as the customer had an issue with another piece of their tech, luckily I had a solution for that, and became the obvious answer. The only problem was budget and getting time to actually implement. I still don't believe this one closed, but I worked it hard and set up for expansion in Q3 of 2022 if this works for a much larger amount and a 3-year deal.
