UPDATE - was contacted by the hiring company and was not selected to move forward.
They had other candidates with recent experience that was more appealing.
Not sure if these were bravado flex candidates or not.
(Original post) Timeline:
Received first inquiry last week, accepted inquiry 10.31.2022. Had call with Bravado team member yesterday, 11.1.2022, to discuss the details of the hiring company and what Bravado rep knew about them.
First call with hiring company this morning. 80 year old company that was acquired by new owners about 6 months ago. 100% commission role and got to speak with the owner. Expectations are very reasonable (10 hours a week) and she was able to answer every question I had regarding the business. The commission structure is quite nice but will be mostly outbound efforts.
It was actually a really good conversation and I have experience in the space.
Happy to answer any questions and will keep updates going if I am offered the role.
