First Traeger Smoke

People had asked for a review.

Simple to use. incredibly easy to set and run. Also, shockingly easy to build.

I smoked ribs with the signature wood pellets from Traeger. Seasoned with their pork rub. Followed a recipe from the app.

Initial thoughts, wish I had more of a bark, working to fix that issue. They tasted awesome and had a great smoke ring.

Amazing! Got mine setup on Sunday, but haven't used it yet. Also considering ribs for my first smoke.

I was quite impressed with how it was packaged and the ease of assembly. Was heavy as hell, so had to have my dad help instead of my wife, but it came together quickly.

O don’t forget to run the seasoning cycle first. It takes about an hour, so if you haven’t done it, you’ll need to do it ahead of your first smoke.
