From SaaS to Consumer Products?

Ive been doing really well in SaaS sales. But I do miss being at the office with people. I may have a job opp with a consumer products company close to home. It'd be a lateral move but my new base would actually be the same as my current OTE. But I wouldn't have opportunities for commission. It would be an executive leadership role with more of a bonus structure.


What do we think, keep slinging software or move to the slow and steady leadership role managing folks selling consumer products.
