Getting hired

I'm about to outreach to a handful amount of business, goal is to obviously get hired however I want to be sharp ( I know my past interactions here are sloppy, but when it comes to work I'm probably one of the sharpest here)


Wanted to swing by here and ask for some advice from you seasoned beautiful people.


Should I send email with tailored video for each and few follow ups ?

Tip #1 for being sharp.... proof read before you post and use proper capitalization and punctuation.

It never hurts to tailor more or find people you have more in common with.

Saw a post today where the SDR messaged old SDRs who are now in leadership. Talking about how seeing they grew that much from being a SDR is great to see for a career in sales

you don’t cold call or email “the company”. you find the person in charge of hiring and get to them
